MenoMinds offers something desperately needed – expert-led menopause and mental health support for self-employed women and those in micro-businesses. Women who don’t have access to HR departments, workplace policies, or paid leave. Women who are running businesses whilst navigating a significant life transition that affects nearly every part of how they think, feel, and function.
Creating a website that speaks to this audience with empathy and authority. The tone needed to be warm and validating without being patronising, professional without being clinical, and accessible without minimising the very real struggles these women face. The site needed to communicate complex medical and emotional information whilst building trust and encouraging women to take that first step of booking a free course.
I created a comprehensive Squarespace website that centres compassion and clarity. From brand identity through to final implementation, every element was designed to make women feel seen, supported, and understood.
What I delivered:
Complete brand identity development including the CARE framework colour system – sage green for Clarity, deep plum for Autonomy, vibrant orange for Resilience, and coral for Empowerment. Strategic homepage design that immediately validates women’s experiences with powerful statistics and relatable language. Clear value proposition highlighting the five key benefits: practical tools, expert-led training, monthly academy, no cost, and evidence-based approach.
Detailed workshop information page explaining exactly what participants can expect. Resources section providing ongoing support materials. Blog platform for sharing insights and building community. About page introducing the expert team – Victoria Brookbank and Haley White – with credentials that build trust. Multiple conversion pathways with prominent “Book your free course” CTAs throughout the journey.
Newsletter sign-up integration for those not ready to commit. FAQ page addressing common concerns and barriers. Legal documentation including privacy and cookie policies. Mobile-optimised design ensuring accessibility across all devices. SEO implementation to help women searching for menopause support find the help they need.
MenoMinds now has a digital home that matches the quality and compassion of their mission. The website successfully communicates complex health information in an accessible way, validates women’s experiences without diminishing them, and provides multiple entry points for engagement – from newsletter sign-up through to course booking.
The site establishes credibility through expert credentials and organisational backing (NEBOSH’s Social Purpose Programme) whilst maintaining warmth and relatability. It serves women across the UK who are navigating perimenopause and menopause whilst running businesses, filling a crucial gap in workplace wellbeing support. The clear information hierarchy and strategic CTAs guide visitors from awareness through to action, making it easy for women to access the free support they deserve.
